Christians For The Mountains (CFTM) is a grassroots network of Christians.  We link together with all people irrespective of religion, lifestyle, nationality, or ideology in a common thrust to nurture and protect the planet.  However, this network is especially for Christians to make our voice heard from the full strength of our faith.  In so doing we can be effective in our task as well as more fulfilled in our own faith.  As a network, we will share our energies and abilities together to honor God through responsible earthkeeping and advocacy.

Joining Christians For The Mountains is simply an assent to the basic tenets of this organization and a commitment to be active in their own settings, churches, communities, and other organizations as well as responsible in their own lifestyles. This network is to pool resources and to support and encourage one another. Your can help!

Organizational structure is currently overseen by a Steering Committee. CFTM is a nonprofit 501(c)3 associated with World Stewardship Institute. A financial report is available upon request.

Financial contributions are welcome. Funds will go primarily to reach Christians and their churches on CFTM issues. CFTM does not have a paid staff. All work is volunteer.

Christians For The Mountains will be a coalition and network of Christians, churches, and organizations.  A membership list is being compiled. CFTM will seek to put members in contact with one another while safeguarding personal privacy. Policy will be developed. Therefore we are beginning to gather names and contact information.  As permission is given we will post the information members wish to give.
